I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the work done by Falcon Construction at our Sky Zone in Westborough, MA. To say that I am satisfied would be an understatement. Based on the reputation of construction projects, I was prepared and somewhat expecting it to be a long painful process. I assumed the job would take 20% longer than promised and cost 20% more than contracted. I can honestly say that with all of the work I have done in my life, Falcon is the only contractor to actually honor their word. The crews showed up on time every day without exception. All phases of the job were done on schedule and in some cases ahead of schedule. The cost was never a conversation. Everything was done on budget. You took what can be a stressful process for many and made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. I will certainly be using Falcon on all future projects.

The store buildout was finished on time, and under the budget-plus-five-percent contingency which I had planned on. Equally importantly, the team at Falcon was exceedingly responsive and willing to go above and beyond to solve problems and make things right as issues arose. I would recommend Falcon for all future Duck Donuts build outs. They
were the fastest and most professional team I’ve worked with. Not to mention the least amount of stress and effort on my part. They were also amazingly patient and understanding about my financing. The daily updates, round the clock work and total efficiency was the best I’ve seen in any of my 7 commercial projects. Also, Colby did an amazing job of keeping us on track and insisting on evaluating details I would have missed.

I highly recommend Falcon Construction as a general contractor. Falcon completed the project on time and with very little construction issues. The minor cost changes were architect driven and were valid changes in the work and they were reasonably priced. Falcon's project manager was very friendly, detailed oriented guy who kept the project moving throughout the project by coordinating with me, the JJ's franchisee owner, JJ's Corporate Construction team, the architect, the City and all the subs. He was great. Falcon's Site Superintendent kept a keen eye on sub contractor quality and timeliness and he did a great job in keeping the site clean and everyone on focus. Communication from the PM and Site Superintendent was both timely and efficient. Falcon's open communication and fairness were much appreciated. I am pleased with their work and will hire them again in the future when I build more stores.
