The punch list process is a final inspection checklist that identifies any remaining work items or defects that need to be completed before the project is considered finished. Falcon's Construction team will coordinate with corporate to ensure all items on the punch list are addressed and completed in a timely manner.
We will work with the Franchise teams onsite and ensure a smooth transition to a fully operational retail store or restaurant that is ready for opening.
Our comprehensive closeout documentation includes Operations and Maintenance Data, marked up drawings, complete submittals, and all necessary contract addenda and reports.
Falcon Construction will warranty your project for the period of (1) calendar year from release of the Certificate of Occupancy.
